Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) & Reporting Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors ECP support operations
- Support payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation
- Handle payroll incidents and enhancement requests
- Support payroll integrations and middleware activities
- Coordinate with offshore support teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations
Mandatory Skills
- 8 + years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SF ECP implementations
- Strong payroll production support experience
- Experience with EC to ECP integrations
- SAP SuccessFactors ECP Certification – Mandatory
