SAP Solutions Senior Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects; translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive solution adoption.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness across SAP environments.
• Contribute to solution architecture and continuous improvement; manage and mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams.

SAP module knowledge

• Finance and controlling: SAP FI, CO, FM, GM, and PSM.
• Logistics and supply chain: SAP MM, WM/EWM, IM, SD, TM, and GTS.
• Plant maintenance and asset management: SAP PM, EAM, and CS.
• Project and programme management: SAP PS and PPM; human resources: SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Quality and compliance: SAP QM and GRC; analytics: SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Technology and integration: SAP S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO or Integration Suite, and Fiori.

Essential requirements

• At least 5 years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three of the listed SAP modules.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior or executive level.

Desirable qualifications and experience

• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
• SAP RISE or private cloud deployment experience is desirable.
• A background in logistics, engineering, or programme management is desirable.
