Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules according to SAP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide expertise across relevant SAP modules and manage stakeholder expectations to drive adoption.
• Conduct workshops, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and audit readiness across SAP environments.
• Contribute to solution architecture and continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams.

SAP module areas

• Finance and controlling: FI, CO, FM, GM, and PSM.
• Logistics and supply chain: MM, WM/EWM, IM, SD, TM, and GTS.
• Plant maintenance and asset management: PM, EAM, and CS.
• Project and programme management: PS and PPM.
• Human resources and workforce: HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Quality and compliance: QM and GRC.
• Analytics and reporting: BW/4HANA and Analytics Cloud.
• Technology and integration: S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO or Integration Suite, and Fiori.

Essential requirements

• At least 5 years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three SAP modules listed in the posting.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior or executive level.

Desirable requirements

• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
• Experience with SAP RISE or private-cloud deployment is desirable.
• Background in logistics, engineering, or programme management is desirable.
