Overview
We are looking for experienced SAP Functional & Technical Consultants to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
These roles will act as internal solution owners, responsible for owning business requirements, validating System Integrator (SI) deliverables, and ensuring SAP standard, scalable, and compliant solutions across modules.

Solution Ownership & Governance
- Act as internal solution owner for the assigned SAP module(s)
- Own and govern end-to-end business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices
- Review, challenge, and validate SI solution designs, configurations, and custom developments
- Ensure clean-core adherence and prevent unnecessary customization
- Drive and participate in fit-to-standard workshops with business stakeholders
Solution Design & Configuration Oversight
- Validate configurations delivered by SI across respective modules:
Example Scope Coverage
- **FICO**
- : GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO (CCA, PCA, COPA)
- **MM/EWM**
- : P2P cycle, inventory, warehouse structure, RF integration
- **PP/QM/PM**
- : MRP, production, quality inspections, maintenance planning
- **SD/TM**
- : Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, freight & logistics execution
- **PS**
- : WBS, budgeting, planning, settlement
- **FSM**
- : Service orders, scheduling, mobile execution
- **CPI**
- : Interfaces, APIs, message flows, integration governance
- **ABAP**
- : Enhancements, Fiori apps, CDS views, performance optimization
- Ensure seamless
- cross-module integration
- (FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, PS, FSM, etc.)
Business Process Alignment
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, service, and project teams
- Translate business needs into approved SAP functional requirements
- Ensure no gap between business expectations and SI solution delivery
- Support industry-specific processes such as:
- Manufacturing & shop-floor execution
- Procurement & warehouse operations
- Project lifecycle & financial control
- Logistics & transportation planning
- Field service & maintenance execution
Project Execution (Sap Activate)
- Participate in all phases:
- Discover → Prepare → Explore → Realize → Deploy → Run
- Act as functional gatekeeper for module deliverables
- Validate and sign off:
- Configuration
- Unit Testing
- Integration Testing
- UAT
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
Testing, Validation & Support
- Own end-to-end business scenario validation
- Approve/reject SI deliverables based on business fit
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
- Drive process optimization and system stabilization
Documentation & Training
- Review and approve:
- Functional specifications
- Configuration documents
- Process flows
- Validate and co-deliver business training sessions
- Ensure knowledge transfer from SI to internal teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, etc.)
- 5–10+ years of SAP experience (module-specific)
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Experience working with System Integrators (SI model)
- SAP Certification is a plus

- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or project-based industries
- Exposure to multi-country rollouts and complex SAP landscapes
- Familiarity with:
