Job Summary

The HR Coordinator supports daily human resources operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding and recruitment logistics.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for internal employee inquiries.

Key Qualifications

  • **Experience:**
  • 1–3 years of HR administrative experience.
  • **Skills:**
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • **Core Competencies:**
  • Exceptional organization, strong communication, and absolute discretion with confidential data.

Key Responsibilities

  • **HR Administration:**
  • Maintain accurate employee files and data within the HRIS; draft contracts and employment letters.
  • **Onboarding & Offboarding:**
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, background checks, and exit logistics.
  • **Recruitment Support:**
  • Schedule interviews, post job openings, and assist recruiters with candidate tracking.
  • **Employee Support:**
  • Answer routine questions regarding company policies, leave, and benefits.
