Overview
Our client, an international consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP Retail Trainer to support a major SAP transformation programme in the UAE.
This is a client-facing consulting role supporting business readiness, training delivery, user adoption, and enablement across SAP Retail and Warehouse Management environments.
We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how retail and warehouse processes work operationally and can translate that knowledge into effective end-user training and adoption activities.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role within a live transformation programme, ideal for SAP consultants who are confident working directly with users, delivering training, and supporting adoption throughout go-live and hypercare.
The Environment
You’ll be working within a fast-paced retail and supply chain operation spanning stores, warehousing, and distribution functions.
The programme is highly visible, operationally critical, and involves significant stakeholder engagement across the business.
On-site presence in Dubai is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP Retail and Warehouse Management training to business users
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions
- Develop and maintain training materials, learner guides, and job aids
- Work with SMEs, functional consultants, and business stakeholders
- Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Conduct business workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support user adoption and business readiness activities
- Create practical, process-led learning content
- Travel within the UAE and wider region as required
What We’re Looking For
- SAP Retail experience
- SAP IS-Retail experience highly desirable
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and/or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- End-user training delivery experience
- Train-the-Trainer (TTT)
experience
- SAP transformation programme experience
- UAT, go-live, and hypercare exposure
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Experience developing training materials and learning content
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
