The Opportunity
We are working with a leading international consulting firm delivering a major retail transformation programme in Dubai, centred around SAP S/4HANA.
They are looking to hire an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the next phase of the programme.
This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders on a large-scale ERP implementation.
The Role
- Gather and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
- Map business processes and identify gaps
- Support solution design alongside SAP teams
- Contribute to testing, training, and business readiness
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst on SAP programmes (ideally S/4HANA)
- Strong business process understanding
- Experience in retail / supply chain environments (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience on large transformation programmes
Additional Info
- Based in Dubai (relocation required if not currently in-region)
