About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
SAP FI Integration Consultant
to support a large-scale healthcare implementation project involving integration between
InterSystems TrakCare (EMR)
and
Sap Erp
.
You will play a critical role in ensuring
accurate financial data flow, SAP FI configuration, and seamless integration across EMR and ERP systems
— from design through go-live and hypercare.
This is a
remote engagement
, with possible on-site presence during key project milestones.
Financial Integration Design
- Review and validate TrakCare–SAP integration designs
- Define financial posting logic (revenue, billing, cashiering)
- Map data flows between EMR and SAP FI/AR
- Identify integration gaps and recommend solutions
SAP FI Configuration
- Support SAP FI setup for revenue and billing processes
- Configure AR/customer account structures
- Align chart of accounts, cost centers, and profit centers
- Support cashiering and reconciliation processes
Integration & Validation
- Validate interface mappings between TrakCare and SAP
- Ensure financial data accuracy across systems
- Support reconciliation and error-handling frameworks
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams
Testing (SIT/UAT)
- Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Validate financial postings from EMR to SAP
- Document defects and support issue resolution
- Prepare test scripts and validation reports
Go-Live & Hypercare
- Provide go-live support (June 2026)
- Monitor financial transactions and integration stability
- Resolve post-go-live issues and discrepancies
- Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer
Must-Have
- Strong hands-on experience in
SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
- Experience in
- ERP–EMR integrations
- Expertise in
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & revenue accounting
- Experience with
- billing and cashiering processes
- Strong understanding of
- financial posting validation
- Experience in
System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Knowledge of
- healthcare financial workflows
- Good to Have:
- Experience with
InterSystems TrakCare
- Healthcare IT / hospital integration projects
- Exposure to
RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
- Knowledge of
- AR-DRG, ICD-10, or hospital billing frameworks
- GCC / Middle East project experience
