SAP EWM Consultant

Role overview
Seeking an experienced contractor to lead the functional implementation of SAP EWM.
Work with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants to deploy, configure, and optimize SAP EWM for business requirements.
Implementation and integration
- Support SAP EWM implementation and integration with MM/WM.
- Work on data migration from MM/WM to EWM and barcode system implementation.
- Support EWM packaging processes involving serial numbers, packaging specifications, and VAS.
Documentation and project support
- Document configured workflows, processes, and user guides.
- Create functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Assist with project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report progress against project goals and milestones.
Required qualifications and skills
- 8+ years of experience, including 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori apps.
- Familiarity with change management procedures and project documentation.
- Familiarity with ABAP programming.
- Experience implementing Flexible Workflow in MM and EWM processes.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for big-data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with test planning and management.
- Strong technical writing, professional documentation, and reporting skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience in the oil and gas industry and Middle East region is preferred.
