Job role: SAP E Procurement experienced Change Management.
Experience: 7+ years.
Location: Qatar (Onsite).
Duration: 1 year (extendable).
Job Responsibilities
- SAP Modules: Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and downstream P2P, Invoice Management.
- Procurement Processes: strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles and procurement best practices.
- Technical Skills: familiarity with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA/ECC), data flows, and potentially development coordination.
- Methodologies: experience with Agile/Scrum project management.
- Soft Skills: excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Change Management: focuses on the people side of changes, ensuring employees adapt to new systems or processes by managing communication, training, and support to minimize disruption and resistance.
