Role Summary

SAP WM Consultant

1. Warehouse Management Configuration

• Configure and maintain
• warehouse structure
• , including:
• Storage types
• Storage sections
• Storage bins
• Manage
• bin allocation strategies and warehouse layout optimization

• Support
• cycle counting configuration and inventory accuracy initiatives
• .

2. Warehouse Operations Support

• Support end-to-end warehouse processes:

• Transfer Orders (TO)

• Internal stock transfers
• Ensure smooth execution of
• inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations
• .
• Optimize
• stock movement and warehouse efficiency
• .

3. RF & Device Integration

• Support and troubleshoot
• RF (Radio Frequency) device integration
• .
• Resolve issues related to
• handheld scanners and warehouse mobility solutions
• .
• Ensure seamless
• real-time warehouse transaction processing
• .

4. Integration & Cross-Module Support

• Provide integration support with:

• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

• Ensure
• end-to-end stock flow and data consistency
• across modules.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements.

5. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve:
• Warehouse discrepancies
• Bin mismatches
• Posting errors
• Inventory differences
• Perform
• root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

6. Continuous Improvement & Optimization

• Identify opportunities for

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in

SAP WM (Warehouse Management)

• Strong knowledge of:

• Transfer orders and stock movements
• Experience in
• RF device integration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with
• SAP MM and SD integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
