We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Salon Supervisor** to join our prestigious luxury salon.

As a Salon Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading a talented team of beauty professionals, and ensuring that every client receives world-class service in a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of stylists, therapists, technicians, and reception staff.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and promptly resolve client concerns.
- Manage appointment flow, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to luxury brand standards.
- Support achievement of sales targets through service and retail product recommendations.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock ordering, and product displays.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance management.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate business updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with salon booking systems and basic computer applications.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
