New Look Beauty Salon is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointments and maintain the salon booking schedule.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
- Handle billing, payments, and daily cash records.
- Promote salon services, packages, and special offers.
- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage appointments.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
