- موظف / موظفة مبيعات
- نشيط/ة وذو/ذات مظهر مهني للانضمام إلى فريقنا في جدة. سيكون/ستكون مسؤولًا/مسؤولة عن زيارة عملاء جدد بشكل يومي، متابعة الطلبات الحالية، والتأكد من حصول كل عميل على تجربة سلسة وراقية، سواء من خلال الزيارات الميدانية أو الطلبات المباشرة. الهدف من الدور هو توسيع قاعدة عملاء Blumen، تحقيق أهداف المبيعات، وتمثيل العلامة التجارية بأفضل صورة.
- المهام والمسؤوليات
- زيارة عملاء جدد بشكل يومي، من شركات وأفراد، للتعريف بخدمات ومنتجات Blumen
- متابعة الطلبات الحالية والتأكد من رضا العملاء عن تجربتهم
- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار المنتجات وتقديم حلول زهرية مخصصة حسب احتياجاتهم
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمؤشرات المتفق عليها KPIs
- فهم احتياجات العملاء وتفضيلاتهم، ونقل الملاحظات للفريق لتحسين الخدمة
- بناء علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء
- التعاون مع فريق العمل الداخلي لضمان تسليم الطلبات في الوقت المحدد وتقديم تجربة عملاء مميزة
- تمثيل العلامة التجارية بمظهر وسلوك مهني يعكس فخامة Blumen
- المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة أو مهارات مثبتة في المبيعات، التفاوض، وخدمة العملاء
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وبناء العلاقات مع مختلف أنواع العملاء
- القدرة على الإقناع وفهم احتياجات العميل وتقديم الحل المناسب
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة لإدارة الطلبات والمتابعة اليومية
- القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة، سواء ميدانية أو تجزئة
- يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو قطاع التجزئة
- المعرفة بمنتجات الزهور واتجاهات الهدايا تُعد ميزة إضافية
- يُفضّل امتلاك سيارة خاصة للتنقل وزيارة العملاء
