Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Salesperson.
The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, presenting services, negotiating contracts, and closely coordinating with the operations team to ensure successful service delivery.
The role also involves preparing sales reports, attending client meetings, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and relationship management
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in logistics, relocation, or moving services is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
