Role Description
This is a temporary and remote role for a Referral Marketing Salesperson.
The successful candidate will focus on building and expanding the customer referral network, creating referral initiatives, and identifying partnership opportunities.
Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new referral partners, educating them about DeliWer's unique offerings, managing relationships with stakeholders, and meeting referral goals through strategic planning and execution.
The role requires proactive outreach, communication, and collaboration to grow brand presence through word-of-mouth and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with referral partners and stakeholders
- Marketing and referral program execution experience, including developing creative referral strategies and initiatives
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms, including WhatsApp and other messaging tools
- Understanding of the Dubai market and local consumer behavior is a bonus
- Customer service orientation and the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively
- Experience in sustainability-focused programs is a plus
