Salesforce DevOps Engineer II (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer II to support the delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
This role is responsible for managing CI/CD processes, release management, environment strategy, and deployment automation to ensure reliable and secure delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce, DevOps, software engineering, or related technology disciplines.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
- Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience with Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Experience in financial services or banking environments.
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Platform App Builder.
- Salesforce certification nice to have: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Technical Skills Salesforce, Salesforce FSC, Git, GitLAb, CI/CD, Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Agile, Release Management, Deployment Automation, ServiceNow, Sandbox Refreshes and DevOps practices.
