Salesforce Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary delivery team operating in an Agile environment.
• Own sprint and release planning, including capacity forecasting and milestone management.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, architects, developers, testers, and support teams.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide transparent status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support release readiness activities and coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance processes.
• Remove blockers and help create an environment where teams can deliver effectively and sustainably.
• Drive execution of enhancement, maintenance and support new initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement of team ways of working, delivery practices, and operational excellence.
• Support platform roadmap initiatives by identifying and evaluating opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital innovation to business processes, user experiences, and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Experience leading software delivery, application management, or product engineering international teams.
• Overall 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor or Master's degree.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience driving digital transformation, innovation, or platform modernization initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders across global teams.
• Proactive, forward leaning and the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Continuously improve team velocity, quality, and delivery performance to ensure Operational Excellence
• Experience with release planning, backlog management, resource and capacity planning.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with enterprise business applications, CRM platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar cloud platforms is desirable
