About the Role
The Business Development executive is responsible for Industrial Product Assurance within Hazardous Area, Welding, Pressure Equipment, Construction Products, Machinery, and Battery scheme service portfolios.
The role assures compliance with international standards, EU directives, and national regulations enabling market access and reducing risk.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and get signed accounts.
- Drive business development activities across India and develop strong sales pipeline and new sales for IPA India portfolio.
- Achieve IPA India sales target.
- Develop go-to-market activities including identifying and meeting potential clients, arranging client seminars, and participating in exhibitions.
- Enhance Industrial Product Assurance customer base in India.
About You
- Graduate with relevant business development experience in Industrial Product Certification.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Industrial Product Certification business development preferably with a notified body.
- Knowledge of Industrial Product Certification and relevant EU directives.
- Must be self motivated.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to drive proactive sales and generate business across India.
