About the Role

The service portfolio certifies equipment for industries to operate safely through testing, inspection, certification, and related support services.
The Business Development executive is responsible for Industrial Product Assurance across Hazardous Area, Welding, Pressure Equipment, Construction Products, Machinery, and Battery scheme service portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and get signed accounts.
- Drive business development activities across India and develop strong sales pipeline and new sales for the IPA India portfolio.
- Achieve IPA India sales targets.
- Develop go-to-market activities including identifying and meeting potential clients, arranging client seminars, and participating in exhibitions.
- Enhance the Industrial Product Assurance customer base in India.
About You
- Graduate with relevant business development experience in Industrial Product Certification.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Industrial Product Certification business development, preferably with a notified body.
- Knowledge of Industrial Product Certification and relevant EU directives.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to drive proactive sales and generate business across India.
