Salesforce Delivery Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary delivery team in an Agile environment and own sprint and release planning, capacity forecasting, and milestones.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, architects, developers, testers, and support teams.
• Track delivery and report status; support release readiness, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes.
• Remove blockers and drive enhancement, maintenance, support, and new initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement in team practices, delivery processes, and operational excellence.
• Identify and evaluate AI, automation, and digital innovation opportunities for business processes, user experiences, and delivery practices.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading software delivery, application management, or product engineering teams in an international environment.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience with digital transformation, innovation, or platform modernization initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders across global teams.
• Experience in release planning, backlog management, resource and capacity planning, and managing risks and dependencies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Enterprise business applications, CRM platforms, or digital transformation experience is advantageous; Salesforce or similar cloud platform familiarity is also advantageous.
