Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce Business Analyst** to support Salesforce-related business initiatives by translating business processes, regulatory workflows, and operational requirements into structured Salesforce solutions.

The role will act as the central point for intake, prioritization, documentation, and governance of Salesforce enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and measurable value delivery.

Business Process Analysis

  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • Map regulatory and compliance requirements into Salesforce workflows.

Requirements & Solution Design

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to assess solution feasibility.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Backlog & Governance Management

  • Manage and prioritize the Salesforce enhancement backlog.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, urgency, and ROI.
  • Facilitate change control and requirement review discussions.
  • Prevent uncontrolled customization and ensure structured delivery.

Testing & Adoption

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Define test scenarios and test cases.
  • Support training materials and user enablement activities.
  • Track adoption metrics, collect user feedback, and support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of CRM-driven business processes.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce capabilities and workflows.
  • Strong documentation skills, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
  • Agile or Scrum certification.
  • Experience supporting large user bases of 300+ users.
  • Experience working with multiple system integrations.
