**Job Title:** Senior Banking Business Analyst / Test Analyst – Digital Banking & Open Banking
Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Senior Banking Business Analyst / Test Analyst** to join our Banking client in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in **Digital Banking platforms, Open Banking APIs, Banking Testing (SIT/UAT), Payments, and Core Banking environments**.
This role will be responsible for requirement analysis, testing activities, incident support, business process improvements, and ensuring smooth delivery of banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze **Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)** and convert requirements into detailed technical analysis and test scenarios.
- Prepare and execute **test cases** covering complete business and system scope.
- Perform **API analysis and testing**, including Open Banking API validation.
- Support implementation and enhancement of **Corporate Online/Mobile Banking** and **Retail Internet/Mobile Banking** solutions.
- Conduct **System Integration Testing (SIT)** and **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**.
- Manage **defect lifecycle**, track issues, and provide execution status reporting.
- Perform **test scope analysis** and regression testing activities.
- Investigate and support customer incidents and coordinate resolution.
- Ensure compliance with **data protection and confidentiality standards**.
- Coordinate with business users, system analysts, and development teams.
- Track and document business requirement changes.
- Prepare user documentation, procedures, training material, and operational guides.
- Manage system business cycle specifications and validate output controls and calculations.
- Follow up on production issues and coordinate timely fixes.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline**.
Experience
- Minimum **8 years of experience within Banking IT environments**.
- Minimum **4 years of experience in implementation of Corporate Online/Mobile Banking and Retail Internet/Mobile Banking solutions**.
- Minimum **3 years of experience in Open Banking API analysis and testing**.
- Proven experience in **Banking Solution Testing (SIT/UAT)**.
- Experience in requirement analysis, test preparation, and regression testing.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of **Payment Systems and SWIFT Standards**.
- Good knowledge of **Equation / Core Banking Systems**.
- Experience in:
