Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and supervise sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Identify sales training needs based on performance data, KPIs, and management feedback.
- Deliver training on sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation, upselling, and closing skills.
- Conduct product knowledge training and ensure accurate understanding of features, benefits, and pricing.
- Monitor sales staff performance post-training and provide coaching and on-the-job support.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to align training programs with sales targets and business objectives.
- Ensure all training materials, presentations, and manuals are updated and standardized.
- Maintain training records, attendance logs, and assessment results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales training, sales supervision, or sales operations.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and translate it into effective training plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales training tools.
