Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Conduct training on sales techniques, customer service, upselling, and closing strategies.
- Provide product knowledge training and ensure clear understanding of features and benefits.
- Support on-the-job coaching and role-play sessions to improve sales performance.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and manuals.
- Track training attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with sales supervisors and managers to align training with sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales or sales training roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach sales teams.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales KPIs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
