About The Role

We are a growing Dubai-based real estate company with an exciting expansion strategy focused on a international market.

We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and ambitious Sales Team Leader who will play a key role in building our sales division from the ground up.

This is not a traditional sales management role.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, take ownership, build systems, recruit and lead a high-performing remote sales team, and grow alongside the business.

The successful candidate will be based in our Dubai office and will be responsible for building and managing a remote sales team, while working closely with the company owner.

As our client base grows, you will also help plan and execute real estate investment roadshows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage a remote sales team.
  • Develop sales processes and performance systems.
  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns and client follow-up.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in planning and managing real estate roadshows across India.

Requirementsessential

  • Must be based in Dubai.
  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Hold a UAE driving licence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Highly ambitious with a strong work ethic.
  • Organised, disciplined, and consistent.
  • Comfortable building and leading a team.

Preferred

  • Experience managing a sales team.
  • Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, financial services, or other consultative sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Understanding of sales reporting and performance management.
