Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy cum Driver to support daily office operations and transportation requirements.
The candidate should be responsible, well-organized, and able to handle office assistance duties along with company driving responsibilities.
Office Boy Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle photocopying, filing, scanning, and document distribution
- Assist in office errands, purchases, and courier services
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies
- Support staff with general administrative tasks
Driver Duties
- Safely drive company vehicles for staff transportation and official work
- Pick up and deliver documents, materials, and office items
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and regular maintenance checks
- Follow traffic rules and company safety policies
- Maintain records of vehicle servicing and fuel usage
- Assist with airport pickups/drop-offs if required
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a driver and office boy
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations
- Basic communication skills in English
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office support or hospitality services
- Familiarity with government offices and document handling
- Immediate joining preferred

- Visa and medical insurance provided as per UAE Labour Law
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
