Real Estate Operations & Marketing Coordinator

We are a growing real estate company looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support our day-to-day business operations.

This is a multi-tasking role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

∙ Manage and post regular content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to maintain brand presence

∙ Update and maintain the company website with new listings and relevant content

∙ List and manage properties on real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)

∙ Source and coordinate new inventory.

∙ Handle inbound leads — attend calls, qualify, and assign to the relevant sales team

∙ Maintain a leads tracker and follow up on assignment status

∙ Coordinate daily schedule, meetings, and tasks

∙ Prepare basic reports, correspondence, and admin documentation as needed

∙ 1–3 years of experience in real estate admin, marketing coordination, or a similar role

∙ Familiarity with UAE real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)

∙ Basic social media management skills (Canva, Instagram, Facebook)

∙ Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

∙ Organized, proactive, and able to multitask

∙ Own visa or husband-sponsored visa preferable

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
