**Athar Academy** is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Team Leader** to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi.
If you are passionate about sales, have proven leadership experience, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track team performance through KPIs and prepare regular reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
