Customer Care Specialist (Arabic Speaker Only)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to client satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries confidently and effectively.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer care, telesales, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
