Overview
**SKG** is looking for an experienced and results-driven **Real Estate Team Leader** to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, team management, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Dubai Real Estate experience mandatory.
- Proven team leadership experience mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Dubai property trends, communities, and transaction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.
