Main Responsibilities

• Team Management and Development
• + Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• + Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and address any challenges.
• + Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
• + Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to improve their performance and career development.
• Sales Planning:
• + Collaborate with your line manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
• + Drive the strategy, creation, and execution of sales initiatives across your cities to enhance performance.
• + Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligned with overall company objectives.
• Pipeline Management:
• + Oversee the management of the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and consistent performance, and that the team meets velocity targets
• + Monitor team members' activities and provide guidance on managing their pipelines effectively.
• + Support the team in closing deals and negotiating contracts with partners.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting
• + Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and success.
• + Ensure that team members meet or exceed their sales and commercial targets and KPIs.
• + Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in business or a related field is preferred.
• 4-5 years of sales & negotiation experience preferably within a high-growth company.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• F&B industry experience in the UAE is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about the food delivery industry and staying current with market trends.
