Credit Market is looking for two dynamic, results-driven Sales Team Managers to lead, mentor, and drive performance for our sales verticals in Dubai.
If you have a proven track record in UAE banking/finance sales and know how to motivate a team to smash targets, we want to hear from you!
**Available Positions**
1 x Team Manager – Business Loans (Managing a team of 12+ Sales Executives)
1 x Team Manager – Mortgages (Managing a team of 12+ Sales Executives)
**What We Are Looking For:**
Team Leadership: Minimum 2+ years of experience successfully managing a Business Loans or Mortgages team in the UAE.
Industry Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience within the UAE Business Loans / Mortgages sector.
Proven Track Record: Ability to manage, coach, and scale a high-performing team of 12+ executives.
Location: Must currently be based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.
**What We Offer:**
Salary: Range from AED 10,000 to AED 14,000 (Depends on experience)
Incentives: Highly competitive commission/incentive structure
