We are looking for an experienced **Real Estate Telesales Team Leader** to manage, motivate, and grow our telesales team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, outbound calling, lead qualification, CRM management, and team performance tracking.
You will be responsible for leading a team of telesales agents, ensuring high call quality, improving conversion rates, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads and client appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of real estate telesales agents.
- Monitor daily calling activity, lead follow-ups, and team performance.
- Ensure agents meet KPIs related to calls, qualified leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Coach team members on call scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Review call quality and provide regular feedback to improve performance.
- Manage lead distribution and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into meetings and deals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Help improve telesales scripts, processes, and lead management workflows.
- Motivate the team and create a high-performance sales environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a **Telesales Team Leader, Call Center Supervisor, or Sales Team Leader**.
- Real estate experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales, lead generation, and client qualification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a telesales team.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales KPIs.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Dubai real estate market.
- Knowledge of off-plan and secondary property sales.
- Experience handling property portals, CRM tools, and lead management systems.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced sales team.
