Shelter Homes Real Estate is hiring a proactive Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi to expand its property portfolio, build relationships with property owners, and generate sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Visit residential buildings and meet property owners.
- Find properties available for sale and obtain owners' permission to market them.
- Take property photos and videos and collect accurate property details.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and other agents.
- Follow up on enquiries, arrange viewings, and assist with negotiations.
- Research market prices and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain records of listings, owner contacts, and sales leads.
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills; confidence contacting clients and meeting property owners.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Ability to follow up with clients and work toward sales targets.
- Previous UAE real estate experience is advantageous; fresh candidates with strong sales potential are welcome.
- High school or equivalent education, one year of real estate experience, and English are preferred.
Compensation and offer
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month; performance-based commission follows the company's commission structure.
- The role offers opportunities to build a professional network and develop in real estate sales, leasing, business development, and client relationship management.
Workplace
- Work is in person, with travel to properties in Abu Dhabi.
