Sales Support role in the Sales / Client Relations department, reporting to a Relationship Manager.
Provides administrative, operational, and coordination assistance for client servicing, documentation, and internal communication.
The role supports a career path in trade finance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with client inquiries, meeting scheduling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
- Translate, prepare, review, and organize onboarding, KYC, compliance, and trade finance documents.
- Maintain sales trackers, CRM entries, client status reports, and weekly sales reporting.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to support deal execution.
- Research potential clients, industries, and opportunities; follow up to collect documents, signatures, and required information.
- Prepare presentations, organize files, and support daily sales operations.
Qualifications and experience
- Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of letters of credit and guarantees is an advantage.
- Social media marketing, import-export, and contractor network knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay
- Starting salary stated as AED 3,000; pay range listed as AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
