Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients while generating new business.
The role focuses on trade finance products including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and structured finance instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business through cold calling, referrals, and partnerships.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Propose tailored trade finance solutions based on client requirements.
- Support onboarding, documentation, KYC, compliance, and operational setup.
- Promote and cross-sell additional trade finance instruments and services.
- Maintain a pipeline with client status, expected closures, and follow-up actions.
- Submit sales reports and support deal execution with internal teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in relationship management or sales.
- Banking or trade finance experience is preferred.
- Experience managing high-value client relationships and generating new business.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Multilingual capability.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
