Junior sales support position assisting a Relationship Manager with client servicing, documentation, and internal coordination.
The role supports regional and international client communication and offers a path to develop in trade finance.
Key responsibilities
- Support client inquiries, lead generation, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Translate, prepare, review, and organize onboarding, KYC, compliance, and trade-finance documents.
- Maintain sales trackers, CRM entries, and client status reports.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to support deal execution.
- Help prepare weekly sales reports, client summaries, and performance updates; research clients, industries, and opportunities.
- Collect client documents, signatures, and information; prepare presentations, organize files, and support sales operations.
Qualifications and experience
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of letters of credit, guarantees, and trade finance is advantageous.
- Social media marketing knowledge, import-export knowledge, and contractor networks are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation
- AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
