About the Role
The Executive – Sales Support will play a critical role in providing end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the centralized Group Sales team across multiple business entities. The role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, effective customer engagement, and strong coordination between sales, operations, finance, and customers to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Operations
- Act as a single point of support for the Group Sales team across multiple entities
- Prepare, review, and manage quotations, proposals, sales orders, and contracts
- Support lead management, customer engagement, and proposal development to assist in closing deals
- Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and customer databases
- Track order status, delivery timelines, and post-sales follow-ups
Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, orders, invoicing, and deliveries
- Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience across all group entities
- Support customer onboarding and account management activities
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Support audits and reporting requirements across group companies
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Finance for pricing approvals, invoicing, credit control, and collections
- Liaise with Logistics for order processing, stock availability, and delivery scheduling
- Work closely with Legal, Marketing, and Procurement for contract management and sales support
Process Improvement
- Support standardization of sales processes across group companies
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
- Assist in implementing CRM tools and system enhancements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Commercial Operations
- Experience supporting multiple business units or group-level sales teams is highly preferred
- Experience in trading, distribution, or diversified business environments is an advantage
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and ERP platforms
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
