Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for a Sales Supervisor.

The role involves leading and managing a sales team to achieve sales targets, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

include providing training and ongoing support to the sales team, analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Training skills to effectively lead, evaluate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to build positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor trends, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Proven ability to set and meet sales targets in a competitive market
  • Relevant experience in sales supervision or leadership roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
