Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales capabilities, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and proven experience within the real estate development sector.
The candidate should be able to understand client requirements, present suitable solutions, manage negotiations professionally, and contribute to expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and promote company projects and services professionally to potential customers and investors.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, Business Development Specialist, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in real estate development is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of real estate projects, market dynamics, and sales cycles.
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
