Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Specialist, located in Riyadh.
The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, ensure a positive customer experience, and provide support in resolving customer issues effectively.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone communication, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and addressing client concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in maintaining Customer Experience and excellent Phone Etiquette
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and handle high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred
