Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Riyadh.

The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of Storm Apps’ scalable software and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in coordination with the sales management team.

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and gathering feedback to inform product and service improvements.

The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with technical and product teams, participate in sales training, and contribute to forecasting and reporting activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Customer Service experience, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Experience delivering Training or product presentations to internal teams and external clients.
  • Familiarity with software, SaaS, or technology solutions sales, preferably in scalable or high-performance systems.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics for tracking performance and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
