The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven
Sales Specialist
to join our team on-site in
Riyadh
.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying market opportunities and converting prospects into long-term partners.
You will play a critical role in our growth strategy by demonstrating how our logistics solutions can transform a client's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality leads within the E-commerce and retail sectors.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct professional product presentations and tailored demonstrations of our fulfillment services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to drive company revenue.
- Monitor the end-to-end sales process and provide consistent, high-tier customer service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met accurately.
- Participate in continuous training to stay ahead of industry trends and sales techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of
- 2+ years of proven experience
- in sales, business development, or account management (preferably within the logistics or e-commerce industry).
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for persuasion.
- **Sales Acumen:**
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
- **Team Spirit:**
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site, and collaborative team environment.
- **Proactive Mindset:**
- A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
