About This Role

Overview

We are looking to hire for the following position:

Job Type: Full-time – On-site

Industry: Events, exhibitions, conferences, and creative production

Joining: Immediate joining is preferred

Main Responsibilities

  • Generate new project opportunities for the company
  • Search for potential clients and approach them professionally
  • Build and update a targeted client list
  • Understand client requirements and project needs
  • Follow up with clients from the first contact until the technical and financial proposal is delivered
  • Coordinate with the internal team to prepare requirements and proposals
  • Market the company’s services and build relationships with new clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on potential opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, or conferences
  • Previous experience with event/exhibition companies or similar agencies is required
  • Ability to reach new clients and generate sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Good understanding of technical and financial proposals
  • Ability to manage multiple client follow-ups at the same time
  • Ability to work from the office in Riyadh
  • Arabic language is required, English is a plus

Preferred

  • Existing client database or previous relationships in the industry
  • Experience dealing with corporate or government clients
  • Strong ability to market services and open new business opportunities
