Job Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for executing private sales activities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets in line with company policies and procedures.
The role focuses on driving revenue through effective client engagement, opportunity management, and disciplined sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute private sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets
- Identify, follow up, and convert sales opportunities into successful deals
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct commercial negotiations and close high-value sales transactions
- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities and client interactions
- Utilize CRM systems for tracking, reporting, and pipeline management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
- Comply with company sales policies, procedures, and reporting standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in private sales or a similar sales role
- Preferably with experience in the
- real estate sector
- Professional certifications in sales, negotiation, or real estate are a plus
