Role Description
We seeking:
- full-time role for a Sales Manager based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves a mix of on-site work. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, delivering product training to clients, and providing excellent customer service to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. The Sales manager will also collaborate with other teams to streamline the sales process and uphold the company's commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Sales specialists: working on commission based.
Qualifications
- Being passionate about sales and the sea.
- having access to chalets and resorts is a plus
- You identify potential clients, sell boats and small yachts.
- have connections with high net worth individuals, or potential clients in Semi-government, and corporates.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong Communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a customer-inclusive approach to resolving issues and building trust.
- Experience in providing Training on product features or service offerings to enhance client understanding.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
