Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Jeddah for a Sales Specialist. The role involves finding and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting tailored solutions. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales cycle, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. The position also includes providing exceptional customer service, delivering client training when necessary, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and provide exceptional support
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Experience in developing and delivering effective Training programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
