  • حاليًا توسّع منصة تصل في جدة أعمالها وتبحث عن أخصائي مبيعات ذو خبرة.
  • وصف الوظيفة
  • وظيفة بدوام كامل (حضوري) في جدة لأخصائي مبيعات. سيكون مسؤولًا عن استقطاب العملاء المحتملين، إدارة عملية البيع من البداية حتى الإغلاق، تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء. تشمل المهام أيضًا تدريب العملاء، شرح مزايا المنصة، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات لدعم نمو الشركة.
  • المهام الرئيسية
  • تطوير الأعمال: البحث عن العملاء المحتملين والتواصل معهم (ملاك، مطورين، مكاتب وساطة مرخصة).
  • التعريف بالمنصة: تقديم عروض احترافية وشرح مزايا المنصة وحلولها التقنية.
  • إدارة دورة البيع: متابعة العملية كاملة من أول تواصل حتى التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقة.
  • تدريب ودعم العملاء: تدريب العملاء الجدد ومساعدتهم على استخدام المنصة بكفاءة.
  • إدارة العلاقات: بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والعمل كمستشار موثوق لهم.
  • الالتزام بالأنظمة: التأكد من توافق جميع العمليات مع أنظمة الهيئة العامة للعقار ومتطلبات التراخيص.
  • متابعة الأداء: تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة.
  • المؤهلات والمهارات
  • يفضّل بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو تخصص مشابه.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مبيعات العقار.
  • مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء قوية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تحقيق المبيعات وإغلاق الصفقات.
  • خبرة في عمليات البيع والقدرة على توجيه العملاء.
  • تنظيم عالي ومهارات تفاوض وعلاقات ممتازة.
  • معرفة بسوق العقار.
  • إجادة العربية (أساسي)، والإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.

Tasel in Jeddah is currently expanding its footprint and is looking to hire an experienced Sales Specialist.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Sales Specialist.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, managing the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to clients, effectively communicating product benefits, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Business Development:**
  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients, including property owners, real estate developers, and licensed brokerage offices.
  • **Platform Advocacy:**
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of the Tasel platform, effectively communicating its technical benefits and innovative solutions.
  • **Sales Cycle Management:**
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial lead generation and inquiry to negotiation and closing.
  • **Client Onboarding & Support:**
  • Provide hands-on training and technical support to new clients to ensure they maximize the platform’s features.
  • **Relationship Management:**
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their continued growth on the platform.
  • **Market Compliance:**
  • Ensure all sales activities align with Saudi Arabia's Real Estate General Authority (REGA) regulations and Fall licensing requirements.
  • **Performance Tracking:**
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, providing regular data-driven reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in Real Estate.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support.
  • Proven Sales experience and expertise in driving sales performance and closing deals successfully.
  • Experience in Sales operation and the ability to guide clients.
  • Highly organized with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
