  • نبحث عن أخصائي مبيعات لديه خبرة في مجال حلول القوى العاملة والتوظيف، ويتمتع بمهارات قوية في البيع وبناء العلاقات مع العملاء. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تسويق وبيع خدمات توفير الكوادر البشرية وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة.
  • المهام والمسؤوليات
  • تسويق وبيع خدمات توفير القوى العاملة والتوظيف للشركات.
  • البحث عن عملاء جدد وتطوير فرص البيع.
  • زيارة العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم من الكوادر البشرية وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
  • إعداد العروض التجارية وعقود الخدمة ومتابعة العملاء.
  • بناء علاقات قوية والحفاظ على رضا العملاء الحاليين.
  • التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان تقديم الخدمة بالشكل المطلوب.
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.
  • متابعة السوق والمنافسين وتحديد فرص النمو.

  • خبرة سابقة في مجال مبيعات حلول القوى العاملة أو التوظيف أو الخدمات التشغيلية.
  • مهارات عالية في التواصل والتفاوض والإقناع.
  • القدرة على تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والعمل تحت الضغط.
  • خبرة في التعامل مع الشركات وعملاء قطاع الأعمال (B2B).
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
  • وجود رخصة قيادة سارية.
  • We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist with a background in the manpower solutions industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling manpower and staffing services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell manpower supply and staffing services to corporate clients.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Meet clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manpower solutions, staffing, or recruitment sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
  • Ability to work independently and professionally.
  • Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
